We serve Metro Manila and nearby provinces (Nationwide options available upon request).
For projects outside the area, delivery and mobilization fees may apply depending on location and scope.
2) Lead Time & Scheduling
Lead time depends on:
Final measurements / approved layout
Chosen materials, finishes, and hardware
Fabrication schedule & installation availability
Once confirmed, we’ll provide a target delivery/installation date and keep you updated.
3) Delivery & Installation Process

4) Site Requirements (Important)
To avoid delays, please ensure:
Clear access for delivery and installers
Ready ceiling/wall conditions (as required)
Working hours approved by building admin (if applicable)
Parking/loading rules communicated ahead of time
If we arrive and the site is not ready, rescheduling fees may apply.
5) Delivery Fees

6) Project Updates
We provide updates via call, text, or Viber from confirmation up to installation day—so you’re never left guessing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love the final result—especially because most of our products are custom-made.
Since operable walls and custom blinds are measured and fabricated per project, return policies are different from ready-made items.
1) Custom-Made Items
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has started, because they are made to your exact measurements and specifications.
These include (but not limited to):
Operable wall panels and tracks
Accordion wall systems
Made-to-measure window blinds (roller, vertical, zebra, etc.)
2) Replacements for Defects
If there is a verified manufacturing defect or installation-related issue, we will repair or replace the affected part based on warranty terms.
Please notify us within 2 – 3 days from installation/turnover with:
Photos/videos
Description of the concern
Project location and reference details
3) Incorrect Orders or Spec Changes
If the issue is due to:
Client-provided incorrect measurements
Changes requested after approval
Site conditions not disclosed during measurement
Any revisions may be treated as a new scope and may have additional costs.
4) Ready-Made / Stock Items (If Applicable)
For ready-made items, exchanges may be allowed within 2 – 3 days, as long as:
Item is unused and in original condition
Packaging is complete
Proof of purchase is provided
Delivery fees are usually non-refundable.
5) Cancellations
Cancellations after confirmation may be subject to charges depending on project stage (measurement, fabrication, mobilization, installation scheduling).

What’s the difference between an Operable Wall and an Accordion Wall?
Operable walls are typically acoustic-rated, panel-based systems that fold/stack neatly and provide better sound control. Accordion walls are folding partition systems ideal for quick space division and practical use.
Do you offer free site measurement?
Yes—site measurement is available in selected areas. For far locations, a minimal fee may apply (often deductible upon confirmation).
How long does installation take?
Most projects can be installed within 1 day, depending on size, site readiness, and building rules. Larger systems may take longer.
Can you customize colors and finishes?
Yes. We offer customization for panel finishes, frame colors, and blind fabric/color options depending on the chosen product line.
Are operable walls soundproof?
Operable walls are designed for sound reduction, not 100% soundproofing. Actual performance depends on panel type, seals, track system, and site conditions.
Do you install in offices, schools, function halls, and condos?
Yes. We handle installations for corporate offices, schools, churches, function rooms, hotels, and residential spaces (subject to building guidelines).
