1) Website Use
You may browse, inquire, and request quotations through this site for personal or business purposes. Please don’t use the website for anything unlawful, harmful, or disruptive (including trying to damage the website, spam forms, or copy content without permission).
2) Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided (site dimensions, layout, preferred materials, finishes, hardware, and scope).
Prices may change if measurements, specifications, or site conditions change.
Quotes are valid for 3 days unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing is confirmed once the scope and measurements are approved.
3) Site Inspection & Measurements
For operable walls and custom blinds, accurate sizing is critical. We may recommend a site visit and final verification before fabrication. If the provided measurements are incorrect, any required revisions may affect price and lead time.
4) Orders, Down Payment & Lead Time
To start production and secure scheduling, we may require:
Signed quotation / contract
Approved shop drawings (if applicable)
Down payment
Lead time depends on material availability, customization, and installation schedule. Any changes after approval may cause delays.
5) Installation & Site Readiness
Installation requires a safe and ready site (clear working area, access, stable walls/ceiling supports, and safe power availability if needed). If delays happen due to site readiness issues, rescheduling fees may apply.
6) Warranty & After-Sales
We stand by our workmanship and materials. Warranty coverage may include manufacturing defects and installation-related issues under normal use. Warranty may be voided due to:
Improper use, forced operation, or misuse
Unauthorized repairs/modifications
Water damage, chemical exposure, or structural issues beyond our control
Poor site conditions (uneven supports, weak partitions, etc.)
7) Photos & Project Features
We may take photos/videos of completed installations for portfolio and marketing (without exposing confidential client details). If you prefer not to be featured, you may request this in writing.
8) Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, photos, designs, brochures, and renderings—is owned by Operable wall.ph and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9) Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep information accurate, but the website content is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., building restrictions, power interruptions, weather, supplier delays).
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the proper courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
